Transformation...
I'm back. Finally. As Jane.
I took a dive off the face of the earth (or at least the internet…).
I got divorced, I transitioned, and I lost my house.
I took all my stuff off the internet because hearing myself how I was and looking at myself like I was made me dysphoric.
I stopped making work for a bit too... turned inwardoutwardupsideoutnotbutwhat and shut down…
Well, I put all the old stuff back up.
My videos are on YouTube. Mumbling Planet is back on your favorite podcast apps. And my website is back up too… with sounds, images, and ideally increasing strangeness as time goes on. I don't care how I used to sound and look. My "caterpillar self" or my "ancestor" or "the egg" or whatever you want to call it made stuff... and the things that she made in that vessel and under those constraints are part of a story that I can't tell without her.
So it's all back up. And most of my work available publicly again at www.janerobertfoster.com
